Prep yourself for Men’s Health’s 10k adventure race series with these three workouts from PT Scott Ashley and Radio X DJ Dan O’Connell

In order to conquer our series of 10k obstacle races –
tickets available here for our upcoming events in Cardiff, Edinburgh, Nottingham and Manchester! – you need to build strength as well as stamina.
One of the tens of thousands of Survivors already signed up and feverishly preparing for the challenge ahead is Radio X’s Dan O’Connell, who has been training with Good Morning Britain personal trainer Scott Ashley.
